EXO IQ · The membership
One membership. The whole platform.
EXO IQ is the intelligence behind every EXO device. It reads your ring, band, watch, suit and scan as a single living picture — then turns it into a daily plan: Discover, Prescribe, Act, Verify.
Biometrics
Continuous read across every device you own — one body, not six dashboards.
AI Coach
The Voice + Sherpa: always-on analysis and a coach with the answers.
Body Scan
Phone or station composition — watch your body actually change.
Nutrition
Macros, micros and targets that learn your true maintenance.
EXO Lab
Dose vs. response — the proof each session actually worked.
Glow
Your honest effort, turned into a living galaxy of earned light.
$199 / yr
$24.99/mo · $149/yr founder · the entire platform, no add-ons
Free for OHM members — your annual EXO IQ subscription is waived.
Why one brain beats four apps
Bought piece by piece, a world-class setup means four apps that don't talk — recovery, EMS, body scan and nutrition — each with its own bill, over $880/yr in software alone. EXO IQ is all of it, unified by the Loop and the coach.
What's included in EXO IQ?
Continuous biometrics across every device, the AI Coach (the Voice and Sherpa), body scan, nutrition, EXO Lab and Glow — with no add-on fees.
Do I need EXO hardware to subscribe?
EXO IQ powers every EXO device — the Nova ring, Pulse band, Horizon watch, the OHM EMS V3 and EXO Scan. One membership lights up whatever you own, and you can add devices any time.
I'm an OHM member — do I pay for EXO IQ?
No. Your annual EXO IQ subscription is waived — the full EXO platform is included with your OHM membership at no extra cost.
