Biometrics — every signal, by device

01 · Discover

Every signal your body sends. Read as one.

EXO reads your ring, band, watch, EMS suit and body scan as a single, continuous picture — then turns it into what your body needs today. Here is exactly what each device measures, and why each number matters.

The highlighted signals are where each device leads — the reads it captures better than anything else you can wear.

The metrics

What each number actually means.

Readiness

Should you push today?

An overnight blend of HRV, resting heart rate and sleep — one honest score that answers whether to go hard, hold, or rest.

HRV

Your recovery barometer

Heart-rate variability is the earliest sign of strain or recovery. Rising HRV means you're absorbing the work; falling means back off.

Resting HR

The baseline that tells the truth

A resting heart rate creeping up overnight is often the first flag of fatigue, illness or under-recovery — before you feel it.

Sleep stages

Architecture, not just hours

Deep, REM and light stages across the night — the shape of your sleep, and what to change tonight to protect tomorrow.

Blood pressure

The vital most wearables miss

A daily cuffless read on the wrist, tracked over time in context with your sleep, stress and training.

EMS dose–response

What the suit actually did

Per-muscle drive against the response your body gave back — the only wearable read that proves the training worked.

Questions

Biometrics, answered.

Which EXO device measures blood pressure?
The EXO Horizon watch offers cuffless blood-pressure readings on the wrist, alongside ECG-grade heart insight, SpO₂, temperature and stress. It is a wellness read tracked over time, not a medical diagnostic.
What is a readiness score and how is it calculated?
Readiness is one morning number blended from your overnight HRV, resting heart rate and sleep. It tells you whether your body is primed to push, should hold steady, or needs rest — with the reasons behind it.
Do I need every device to get a full picture?
No. Each device leads on different signals, but any single one feeds the same EXO brain. Start with the Nova ring, Pulse band or Horizon watch and add more when you're ready.
What can EXO measure that a normal smartwatch can't?
EXO uniquely unifies wearables with the OHM EMS V3's per-muscle dose–response and a body-composition scan — reading them all as one body, so blood pressure, recovery, EMS drive and lean/fat mass all inform the same daily plan.
