What's covered

EXO devices carry a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect appears, we'll repair or replace the device at no charge.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
• Normal wear (straps, finish, battery aging over time)
• Water damage beyond the device's stated rating (IP68 / 5 ATM depending on model)
• Devices modified, or purchased from unauthorized sellers

How to file a claim

Contact us with your order number and a description (photos or a short video help). We'll troubleshoot, and if it's a covered defect, arrange a repair or replacement.

Your rights

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
