The 30-day window

You can return any EXO device within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll email you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Send it back in its original packaging; once it arrives and passes a quick check, we issue your refund.

Exchanges & sizing

Need a different ring size? Start a return and place a new order for the correct size, or contact us and we'll help you exchange. For hygiene reasons, rings must be unworn beyond a brief sizing check to qualify.

Membership

EXO IQ membership is a digital service; if you return your only EXO device within the window, contact us about your membership. For OHM members, EXO IQ is included with your OHM membership.
